Multi purpose convection oven for professional use in commercial kitchens at a bargain price. Electric Convection Oven with steam function has a 62 Litre capacity enameled cavity with two fan motors which circulates air evenly around food. The temperature ranges from 50°C to 300°C. A 120-minute timer helps you to keep track of your foods’ progress. The glass door provide visibility without releasing hot air, and the stainless steel construction ensures long-lasting durability. This convection oven also features removable racks for easy cleaning and comes with 4 trays as standard.
