At KRD Catering, we want you to be fully satisfied with your professional catering equipment and supplies. If an item does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping boxes, ensuring all manuals, parts, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package via a trackable carrier to our central distribution warehouse for inspection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
